Shipping
Scripture & Soil will ship at your expense for the cost of shipping and packaging through Canada Post or UPS. Contact for a quote.
Delivery
Scripture & Soil offers delivery throughout Grande Prairie and surrounding local areas, with rates starting at $10.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 7:00 PM MST to be delivered the next day. In some cases, rush or late same-day deliveries may be possible for double the standard delivery charge. Email may get missed so please call or text to confirm availability and make arrangements.
Weekend and Holiday Deliveries
Ensure timely delivery during holidays or long weekends by at least 10 days advance ordering.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays, but pickups can be arranged.
Delivery Details
Please ensure the recipient will be available to receive the delivery and provide accurate delivery details including contact information. Additional charges will apply for repeated delivery attempts. Deliveries to locations like hospitals or senior homes may require extra care, so confirm with the facility beforehand to ensure possible delivery.
Order Pickup
Pickup orders are available seven days a week. Allow at least one hour for order preparation, or place your order by 7 p.m. the previous day. Monday through Friday after 5:30 p.m., Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and Sundays by appointment only.
Custom Orders
For custom orders, additional preparation time and delivery fees may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final; returns and refunds are not offered. However, I stand behind the quality of the terrariums and products. If there is a quality issue, notify me within 24 hours so I can address the concern. Living products require special care, so I cannot take responsibility for their condition beyond this timeframe. Care instructions are provided with each order.
